Looplet curates a stylish selection of phone chains, straps, crossbody lanyards, and connector accessories, so your phone is always fashionable and at hand.

• Remove your phone from its case
  Take your phone out of its case and set the case aside with the back facing up.
• Open the carabiner (the gold-toned hardware)
  Before placing the adapter, press the spring-loaded gate of the gold carabiner to the side to open it and unclip it from the fabric tab. This allows the tab to lie flat so the adapter can sit neatly inside the case.
• Position the adapter
  Place the adapter flat against the back of your phone, towards the lower half. Make sure the Looplet logo faces outward, and the fabric tab points downward, with the tip just past the bottom edge of your phone.
• Put your case back on
  Carefully slide your phone with the adapter in place back into its case. The case will hold the adapter securely. Make sure the fabric tab is free and sticking out from the bottom edge of the case.
• Reattach the carabiner
  Take the gold carabiner, open its gate, and clip it back onto the fabric tab. Release the gate to lock it securely in place. 
• Attach your phone chain
  Take your Looplet phone chain and clip its gold clasp directly into the gold carabiner.
• You're all set!
  Your phone chain is now ready to use. Give it a gentle tug to confirm everything is secure, and enjoy carrying your phone in style.

We recommend removing the universal adapter before charging your phone. Since the adapter sits at the bottom of your phone between the device and its case, it physically blocks access to the charging port, making wired charging impossible without removing it first.

Beyond that, we also encourage you to remove your phone case entirely before charging, a good habit regardless of whether you use our adapter. Apple officially advises on its website that "charging your device when it's inside certain styles of cases may generate excess heat, which can affect battery capacity," and recommends removing the case if the device gets hot during charging. Excess heat is one of the leading causes of long-term battery degradation, and keeping your phone case-free while charging allows heat to dissipate properly, helping preserve your battery's health and lifespan over time.

So our simple recommendation is, before charging, remove the Looplet adapter, take off your case, charge your phone, and once it's ready, reattach everything, and you're good to go.

At the moment, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item or would like a different style, you may return the original please get in touch with Loopletproduct and place a new order for the item you prefer. Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Every Looplet order is carefully checked before it leaves us, to make sure your items are correct and beautifully prepared. If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via email info@lalooplet.com or WhatsApp. Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so our team can review it quickly. Once confirmed, we will be happy to assist you with the most suitable solution, whether that is a replacement or a refund.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. This is, however, an area we are actively working on, and we look forward to expanding our shipping capabilities in the near future.

Orders are usually processed within one to three (1–3) business days, excluding weekends and UAE public holidays.

During busy periods, product launches, promotional campaigns, or unexpected circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer. We always aim to prepare your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of your delivery date. As soon as we've received your returned item, a refund will be automatically issued back to the payment account you used at checkout. Please note that items must be returned in their original, intact packaging. We unfortunately cannot process returns with incomplete or damaged packaging.

To initiate a return, customers must contact Looplet via info@lalooplet.com and obtain approval before returning any item.

In most cases, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will handle the return shipping costs.

We accept online payments via Visa and Mastercard (credit and debit). For customers within the United Arab Emirates who prefer to pay in cash, we also offer a convenient Cash on Delivery (COD) option.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within the UAE. Your comfort matters to us; that's why we offer COD alongside our online payment options. To keep things transparent, our courier charges an additional fee for COD orders, which we add as a small charge only when cash is selected at checkout. Paying by credit or debit card online remains completely fee-free.

It's really unfortunate to hear that your chain has broken, and we sincerely apologize! Every product we make is tested for quality and durability, but on rare occasions, a small production error can go unnoticed, or everyday use can take its toll over time.

Hearing that your chain broke is truly disheartening. We're so sorry! The concept of chain repair is one we're genuinely excited about and hope to make a reality someday. For now, though, our size as a small brand makes it difficult to offer that service. Rest assured, we're continuously refining our designs and materials to help your items stand the test of time.

You may notice that the cord feels a little snug at first. This is completely intentional! Over time, it will naturally loosen and stretch with regular use. We suggest giving it a few weeks to settle in. If you find it still isn't stretching enough, feel free to get in touch with us via info@lalooplet.com, and we'll be happy to help.

Not to worry; this can occasionally happen with handmade chains, where small imperfections are part of the craft. The loose thread should normally sit tucked within the beads but may have slipped free. Feel free to carefully push it back in or give it a gentle trim. This won't affect the strength or durability of your chain in any way.

Our chains are best kept away from moisture. To preserve their quality and vibrant color, we recommend avoiding any exposure to rain or water.

BEST TIP: Treat your Looplet phone chain with the same love and care you'd give your favorite jewelry or accessories! As your chain is carried and handled throughout the day, it can come into contact with perfume, creams, oils, food, and other products that may affect its finish and appearance over time. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can also cause colors to fade and materials to weaken. A little care goes a long way in keeping it looking its best.
